# Referral Race

## Overview

**Spidex AI Referral Race** is a call for pioneers - a chance to help spread the AI wave across Cardano by connecting, sharing, and inspiring others to join the movement.

Invite friends to explore and experience the **Spidex AI Beta App**, climb the leaderboard, and compete for exciting rewards of up to **500 $ADA**.\
\
The more friends you bring in, the higher you rank, and the bigger the rewards.

This is your opportunity not just to join Spidex’s journey, but to cement your place as one of the founding members of the Cardano AI ecosystem.

## Eligibility Criteria

1️⃣ For an invite to be valid, the referred user must:

* Sign up for a **Spidex AI** account
* Actively use the app, completing at least:
  * **30 SILK Points**
  * **1 prompt sent to the Agent**
  * **Wallet connected**

2️⃣ For tweets to be valid, they must be:

* Public
* Include the required hashtags: **#SpidexAI #DeFAI #Cardano #ReferralRace**
* Include your referral link or code

3️⃣ Invalid invites include:

* Fake, spam, or blocked accounts
* Multiple accounts from the same user (only 1 account allowed; Spidex reserves the right to verify via wallet/IP if suspicious activity is found)

4️⃣ Learderboard & Update

* The leaderboard will be updated every 2–3 days via Discord and Twitter (@Spidex\_ag)
* Users can also track their successful invites directly on the in-app leaderboard (app.spidex.ag)

## 📌 Notes

* Rewards will be distributed directly to the wallet connected to your Spidex account
* Lucky Draw winners will be announced after the campaign ends
* Spidex AI reserves the right to disqualify any participant in case of cheating or ineligible activity
